Description:
This simple frame house has a neo-classical appearance. Standing two stories high and two bays wide, its gable roof has fascia trim that creates the look of a pediment. A simple pedimented portico repeats this motif. The house is clad in white asbestos clapboard and detailed with white-painted wood fascia trim. The roof is clad in asphalt shingle. The windows are six-over-one double hung replacements. A one story addition is being built on the south façade.
