Description:
This small Arts and Crafts cottage stands one and a half stories high and three bays wide. It has an eave front gable end roof clad in asphalt shingle. The roof features a prominent hipped-roofed projection on the front façade that creates the entrance foyer. The house is clad in beige asbestos shingle with white-painted exposed rafters, barge boards, and gable trusses. The windows throughout the house are one-over-one double hung replacements framed by green shutters. An exterior brick chimney stands on the north façade.
